This data collection form is produced by Anchor who, as data controller, will use the data collected for the purposes of considering you for suitable employment vacancies, communicating with you, via email; SMS and or telephone, at various stages in the selection process (such as to arrange interviews), for on-boarding successful applicants, and for retaining the applications of unsuccessful applicants, who show potential for future vacancies, in the form of a “talent pool” database. The legal basis for our processing your information is the pursuit of our legitimate interests which are seeking job applicants in order to further the interests of our organisation and maintaining a database of unsuccessful candidates and speculative enquiries known as a talent pool. We will not process the information you have provided for any other purposes incompatible with those referred to above.
We will store the information you provide on a computer system provided by a specialist company who act in the capacity of our data processor and are based in the UK.
We will also share the personal data you submit on this data collection with the following organisations:

The information you provide to us through this form and subsequently during the application process will be stored in our computer systems for the following periods:
1. Application Data
Following the outcome of the application process, data will be held in the recruitment system for a period of 365 calendar days, before any personal data will be removed from the myRecruit system. Should the applicant be successful all relevant details will be passed to Anchor's HR system for the purpose of employment.
2. Speculative Application Data
Should you provide an application for the purposes of being considered or alerted of specific future vacancies, this data will remain on our system until you request to unsubscribe from this process. An automated email will be sent to you every 6months to confirm you still wish to be considered as a speculative applicant by selecting a link on the email. If no response is provided the system will assume you wish to opt out and therefore will automatically remove your data from the system.
3. Talent Bank Data
Unsuccessful candidates may be considered as potential applicants for future vacancies and their data saved to a "Talent Bank". Anchor will seek your consent via email, before this data is saved. Anchor will keep in regular contact with you should any suitable vacancies arise.
Should you wish to be removed from the Talent Bank, or any other part of the system, at any stage, you can do so by sending a request to jobs@anchor.org.uk.
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of personal data that we hold about you as well as a right to object to and to a restriction of our processing of your personal data for the purposes described above.
Your rights as a data subject (please note that these do not apply in all circumstances), may include rights regarding automated decision making, including profiling.
