Opened in the Spring of 2023, Skelton Court in Skelton, Saltburn, is our brand new, state of the art, purpose-built facility, which will be the home to 65 residents.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working 28 hours per week with a Pay rate of £10.90.
What will I do and need?
Reporting into the Administrator, responsibilities will include:
· Providing a professional and secure front of house service, welcoming visitors and acting as a first point of contact.
· Escalate concerns or issues as appropriate.
· Comply with CQC essential standards and Anchor procedures.
· Providing a hospitality service, with teas, coffees and serving food.
Required knowledge & experience:
· Customer service NVQ2 is desirable but not essential.
· Previous experience of working in an office environment.
· Understanding of building security and location policies and procedures.
· Understanding of confidentiality and data protection within a care setting.
· Health & safety in the workplace.
· Understanding of basic food hygiene is desirable but not esseential
Required skills:
· Basic computer knowledge.
· Well organized with good planning skills.
· Presentable, approachable and with a friendly personality.
· Able to work individually and as part of a team.
