Anchor is on the lookout for bright and motivated individuals who are ready to join our quest for excellence in Customer Service. With us, you won’t just be working – you’ll be embarking on a 15-month apprenticeship that will transform you into a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner within our dynamic Customer Service Team.
Part of your role, you will be:
Handling Contact: You’ll be the point of contact for both new and existing customers, providing support and guidance regarding Anchor’s services.
Team Support: After you initial training and a successful 3 – month probation period, you’ll take on a wide range of queries and assist your team with various administrative tasks, contributing to the delivery of our top-notch services.
Guidance and Progress: You won’t be going through your journey alone. You’ll have monthly one-on-one- sessions with our training provider, your line manager and support from the talent team to discuss your progress and receive the guidance needed to become a Customer Service Practitioner.
Administrative tasks: Application forms, payment queries, logging repairs, using our housing system Northgate.
