Hours: 37.5
The shift pattern is 7.15am- 2.45 pm or 2.15pm- 9.45pm. It is a 2 week rolling rota with every other weekend off.

In this role, you'll be entrusted with the care of our seniors, catering to their diverse needs, including dispensing medication. You'll also showcase your leadership skills by ensuring that our high standards of care are consistently met.
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, dedicated to delivering exceptional care, and possesses a keen eye for detail. While prior qualifications in health and social care (NVQ Level 3) are valued, a strong willingness to learn and grow is what truly matters.

Madeleine House in Birmingham is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 41 residents.
