Commissioning Care Home Manager

Are you an experienced with commissioning a care home? Then look no further! Here at Anchor, we have the job for you!
We are recruiting a Registered Care Home Manager to lead The Manor House, our care home in Roundhay. This 65 bed, luxury home offers quality residential and dementia care in a homely space, with award-winning landscaped gardens.
As the Registered Home Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the delivery of a service which is economically viable, manages available resources effectively and meets the needs of our customers.
- Audit and review quality of care provided within the location and lead on CQC/Local Authority inspections.
- Promote individualised person-centred care, addressing all areas of risk management.
What You Need:
- Experience as a registered manager with CQC, in a large care home setting
- Experience of commissioning a new, luxury care home
- A strong understanding of the needs of older people
- CQC fundamental standards and their impact in care management
- Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults to ensure a safe, effective, caring and responsive service is provided.
