We have an exciting opportunity for an eperienced carer to join us at Kingfisher Court as a Senior Care Assistant - Nights. Kingfisher Court is a modern residential care home offering luxurious and comfortable amenities within its private landscaped gardens. Situated in the market town of Sutton-in-Ashfield, it provides premier residential and dementia care to up to 66 residents.

The Role:

We are in search of a Senior Care Assistant who will lead and manage a compact team to uphold and sustain high care standards, as well as supervise the efficient operation of a designated floor throughout each shift.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have a high level of responsibility which will include:

  • Managing and administering medication
  • Reviewing and updating resident care plans
  • Mentoring and providing support to less experienced staff
  • Completing staff supervisions and other documentation

In this dynamic role, the needs of our residents are your utmost priority. You will soon be an integral member of the care home family, and truthfully, it's our team members who make our home an exceptional place to live and work.

Candidate Requirements:

Candidates should have achieved or be in the process of obtaining a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, demonstrating their dedication and enthusiasm for the field.
