Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: West Hall, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6EY
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £32,428.00 per annum
The Role:
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join our talented team at West Hall – home for upto 117 residents between 3 luxury lodges. We pride ourselves on the care we provide – receiving Outstanding on every CQC inspection since 2016. Working at 37.5 hours per week with the salary of £32,428.00 per annum.
What does it mean to be a Maintenance Manager?
- You will be accountable for delivering effective maintenance management service onsite. Coordinating work tasks across the maintenance team to meet customers’ needs and expectations.
- Working closely with the General Manager and Service Managers to meet a high standard of service delivery – ensuring the building is safe, welcoming, and secure for customers.
- Effective management and liaison with 3rd party contractors and suppliers at the location.
- Responsible for setting the standards and expectations across all service offerings – ensuring an excellent and consistent service that contributes to happy living.
