Shape the Future of Digital Marketing for Over-55s Developments
Anchor is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead innovative digital marketing strategies for our over-55s new developments. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll drive sales, boost brand visibility, and engage our audience through a new website, SEO, CRM insights, digital campaigns, and external property portals.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media.
- Manage the new developments’ website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO excellence.
- Oversee CRM systems (Salesforce), leveraging insights to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
- Optimize property listings on external portals (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla) to maximize visibility and results.
- Lead digital campaigns, monitor KPIs, and provide performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standards across all activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and CRM systems.
- Experience managing external property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and the ability to influence stakeholders and external partners.
- Degree or equivalent, with ongoing professional development; certifications in SEO or CRM desirable.
