Shape the Future of Digital Marketing for Over-55s Developments

Anchor is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead innovative digital marketing strategies for our over-55s new developments. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll drive sales, boost brand visibility, and engage our audience through a new website, SEO, CRM insights, digital campaigns, and external property portals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media.
  • Manage the new developments’ website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO excellence.
  • Oversee CRM systems (Salesforce), leveraging insights to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Optimize property listings on external portals (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla) to maximize visibility and results.
  • Lead digital campaigns, monitor KPIs, and provide performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standards across all activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing external property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla.
  • Technical proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to influence stakeholders and external partners.
  • Degree or equivalent, with ongoing professional development; certifications in SEO or CRM desirable.
