Job Opportunity: Night Team Leader – Wharfeside, Otley
Hours: 43 hours per week (7:45 PM – 8:00 AM, alternate weekends)

About the Role

As a Night Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care throughout the night. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising night shifts to maintain high standards of care
  • Assigning tasks and managing the performance of the night care team
  • Administering medications safely and effectively
  • Conducting care assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Providing compassionate and dignified support to residents
  • Upholding Anchor’s values and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
