Job Opportunity: On-Site Home Care Assistant – No traveling between our customers.
Rate of pay: £14.30 – £15.57 per hour (depending on NVQ qualifications)

Location Note:
Due to limited public transport links, applicants must live locally or have access to reliable transport.

Hours: Part-time – 25 hours per week contracted, every other weekend working is required to support the needs of our residents

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Anchor is looking for a compassionate and dedicated On-Site Home Care Assistant to join our team at Deham Garden Village in Uxbridge (UB9 5LB).

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Home Care Assistant, you will support our residents in maintaining their independence and dignity within their own homes on-site at Deham Garden Village. Your day-to-day duties may include personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and companionship.

 What We’re Looking For:

A warm, caring, and reliable individual

Experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training is provided

NVQ in Health & Social Care (Level 2 or 3) is advantageous and rewarded with a higher rate of pay

Must be willing to work alternate weekends

 Pay & Benefits:
