At Ridgemount Banstead, we provide compassionate, high-quality care for individuals living with dementia. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment for residents and their families. We are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing administrative tasks, including maintaining records and handling correspondence
- Coordinating staff schedules and assisting with recruitment processes
- Handling financial duties such as invoicing and payroll support
- Acting as a point of contact for residents and their families, providing friendly and professional assistance
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting audits
- Supporting the care home manager in the day-to-day running of the home
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- A compassionate and understanding approach to working within a dementia care setting

- Ridgemount is located just 2min walking distance from Banstead Town Centre where bus stops are located. Area is nice and quiet. We have on-site parking where staff can park their cars as well
