Join Our Team at Anchor – Administrator Role at Park Hall, Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: £26,500 per annum + great benefits

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Administrator to join our friendly team at Park Hall, our beautifully modern residential care home located in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent.

About Park Hall

Set in a quiet, leafy suburb, Park Hall offers high-quality residential care for up to 60 residents in a welcoming environment. Your Role

As an Administrator, you’ll play a key part in the smooth running of the home by:

  • Managing daily financial processes such as income collection and personal finances.
  • Supporting the Home Manager with payroll, staff files, and reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and documentation.
  • Being the friendly face that greets visitors and supports new residents.
  • Helping keep our home well-stocked and running efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confidence with IT systems and financial procedures
  • A helpful, customer-focused approach
  • Ideally, previous office experience in a busy environment
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service (or willingness to achieve)
