Chef Manager – Join Our Warm & Welcoming Care Home Kitchen!
Location: Oak Tree Lodge, Leeds
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, across 4 days
Weekends: Every other weekend off
Shift Pattern: 7:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role
As our Chef Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our home—crafting nutritious, beautifully presented meals for our 60 residents every day. This isn’t just cooking; it’s creating experiences that support wellbeing, dignity, and happiness.
You’ll:
- Design seasonal, exciting menus that meet a range of dietary needs.
- Lead a talented kitchen team, ensuring smooth, high‑quality service.
- Bring creativity and flair while delivering balanced, enjoyable meals.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents who truly appreciate your work.
This role is perfect for someone from a care home, hospitality, or catering environment who wants to step into a leadership position with purpose.
