At Hazel End, part of Anchor, we’re looking for two Senior Care Assistants to join our friendly team on days. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, support your colleagues, and make a real difference to the lives of our residents every single day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting residents with personal care, dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do
• Leading and guiding Care Assistants during your shift
• Administering medication in line with policies and training
• Updating care plans and ensuring accurate record keeping
• Promoting independence, choice and wellbeing
• Acting as a key point of contact for families and professionals

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant (Senior experience desirable)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Confidence with medication administration
• A natural leader with a compassionate, calm approach
• Flexibility to work some weekends
