We are looking for a Senior Property Services Coordinator to lead our Repairs Hub coordination team and help deliver excellent, resident‑focused repairs and maintenance services across our homes. This is a fast‑paced leadership role where you’ll drive service quality, ensure compliance, and support effective contractor and operational management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, mentoring and performance‑managing the Property Services Coordinators
  • Overseeing daily repairs delivery to ensure KPIs and service targets are met
  • Managing high‑risk and urgent repairs, escalating issues promptly
  • Leading contractor WIP reconciliations and handling cost approvals
  • Maintaining accurate performance data for reporting, governance and compliance
  • Supporting wider compliance, complaints resolution and voids performance
  • Liaising with surveyors, contractors and internal colleagues
  • Monitoring resident satisfaction and helping drive continual improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of housing repairs, contractor management and compliance
  • Experience with financial governance, WIP reconciliation and cost approvals
  • Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvements
  • Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience supervising teams in repairs or maintenance
  • Familiarity with housing management systems and Excel
  • Desirable: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in construction, housing or property.
