The Role We're looking for an experienced Chef or Cook to join our kitchen at Borrage House in Ripon, North Yorkshire. Working alongside our Chef Manager, you'll prepare fresh, seasonal, home-cooked meals for 40 residents daily — cooking from scratch and contributing directly to menu planning and kitchen operations.

- Confident delivering seasonal, balanced menus from scratch
- Strong knife skills and a solid grounding in classic cooking techniques
- A creative approach to food — someone who takes pride in presentation and flavour
- Comfortable stepping up to lead a kitchen when required
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred)
- Right to work in the UK (required)
