About the role:
You will be part of the Property Services team that provides an effective, streamlined, customer-focused service to the Nationwide Property Team to ensure business wide objectives are achieved. You will ensure 100% compliance to Health and Safety targets, achieve Service Level Agreements and actively participate in service improvement initiatives whilst continuing to deliver a first class customer service to our internal and external customers.
You will be required to provide administrative support, follow standard team processes on a daily basis as work volumes or staff shortages dictate; whilst ensuring service standards are met or exceeded.
You will be using office systems to process work and maintain accurate records and access information in support of departmental activities and objectives and you will work across Property, mainly supporting Service Contract details; maintaining and completing accurate records and reports where necessary ensuring audit trails at every stage.
You will ensure all documentation is received and recorded such as Gas Safe Certificates and all repair work identified and carried out, alongside this you will need to follow up all queries with customers including Leasehold and Contractors.
You will produce and distribute complete and accurate standard and ad-hoc reports, produce statistics and KPI data as necessary to internal and 3rd party customers as required in accordance with agreed deadlines.
You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and managing multiple customer demands.
You will have a strong work ethic with a proven ability to work in a team. You will be familiar with working to and following processes and procedures.
You will have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
