Hours: 42 hours per week (Night Shifts)

Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

We are seeking a compassionate and confident Care Team Leader Nights to join our dedicated team at Hatfield House in Doncaster, a contemporary purpose built residential care home offering exceptional standards of care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Hatfield House provides high quality residential care for up to 49 residents with beautifully designed en suite rooms and light spacious elegant surroundings that promote comfort dignity and independence. We also offer respite care providing vital support for families who need peace of mind when caring for loved ones.

Excellent location with strong transport links
Hatfield House is ideally located in Doncaster with excellent transport connections making it easy to access from surrounding areas. The home is well served by local bus routes and has straightforward road access via the M18 and A1M. This makes commuting convenient for staff travelling from Doncaster Scunthorpe Rotherham and nearby towns. Staff parking is also available on site.
Your role as Care Team Leader Nights
Working closely with the Deputy Manager you will take responsibility for leading night shifts and ensuring consistently high standards of care. Your duties will include:
- Leading and supporting the night team with confidence and clarity
- Allocating staff effectively to meet residents needs throughout the night
- Overseeing safe and accurate medication administration
- Completing care assessments and maintaining accurate care records
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards
- Providing reassurance and leadership during the night to residents and staff
Your presence will be key in maintaining a calm safe and well organised environment where residents feel secure at all times.
