Care Assistant - Full Time & Part Time Opportunities
Hours: 28 or 42 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 8:00am - 8:00pm and 2:00pm - 9:00pm

About Glenvale Park Care Home
Glenvale Park Care Home is a modern, purpose-built residential home set within beautiful landscaped gardens in the market town of Wellingborough.
The home is conveniently located with excellent transport links via the A45 and A509, and is close to Wellingborough train station, offering direct routes to London and surrounding towns. Regular local bus services also make commuting easy.

You will be joining a warm, supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a friendly and professional environment.
Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will bring compassion, energy, and positivity into the lives of our residents every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing respectful, dignified personal care
- Supporting residents during mealtimes
- Offering emotional support and companionship
- Assisting with daily activities and personal routines
- Being a kind, attentive listener and building meaningful relationships
Every day is different. Our residents each have unique stories, personalities, and care needs. You will play a key role in helping them live with comfort, dignity, and independence.
