Location: Prior Bank, S11 9AB
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Shifts: 7.15 hour shifts
Working Pattern: Days - 6:45am–2:00pm and 1:45pm–9:00pm (including alternate weekends)

We’re looking for a Care Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Prior Bank, someone who brings energy, compassion, and strong leadership to every shift.

About the Role

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents consistently receive the highest standard of care. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate shifts effectively
  • Support, guide, and motivate care staff
  • Administer and oversee medication procedures
  • Carry out care assessments and reviews
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards
  • Promote a positive, supportive environment for both residents and colleagues

Your leadership will directly enhance the wellbeing, dignity, and happiness of those we care for.

Prior Bank in Sheffield is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 32 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
