Lead With Purpose Across Three Exceptional Coventry Locations

Are you ready to take the next step in your care career while achieving an outstanding work-life balance?

We are looking for a passionate, organised, and people-focused Deputy Manager to support the delivery of exceptional care services across three well-established care locations in Coventry:

  • Henry Court - Everdon Road, Holbrooks, Coventry, CV6 4DT
  • Wyken Court - 87–91 Attoxhall Road, Wyken, Coventry, CV2 5AL
  • Leofric Lodge - Heath Crescent, Stoke Heath, Coventry, CV2 4PR

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Team Leader looking for their next career move or an existing Deputy Home Manager seeking a fresh and rewarding challenge within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

A Role Offering Genuine Work-Life Balance

Unlike many management positions in care, this opportunity offers a structured and highly desirable working pattern:

  • Tuesday to Friday Only
  • No long 6-day weeks
  • Improved work-life balance
  • More time for family, hobbies, and personal commitments
  • Consistent 7.5-hour shifts
  • 3-day weekends every week

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leadership in care but also values personal wellbeing and balance outside of work.

About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective operation of all three services, ensuring residents consistently receive high-quality, person-centred care.

Working closely with senior management teams, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of the services
  • Leading and motivating care teams across multiple locations
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and quality assurance checks
  • Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained
  • Supporting care planning and service improvement initiatives
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
  • Promoting a culture of kindness, dignity, and excellence

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to truly make an impact across multiple communities.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced within a care setting
  • Ready to progress from Team Leader to management, or already working as a Deputy Manager
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional care for older people
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in leading teams and driving quality standards
  • Knowledgeable in safeguarding vulnerable adults and regulatory compliance

Why Join Us?

This role offers the perfect blend of career progression, leadership responsibility, and flexibility. You’ll join a supportive environment where your ideas, leadership, and commitment are genuinely valued.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop your management career
  • Work across diverse and supportive care communities
  • Make a meaningful difference to residents and colleagues
  • Enjoy a healthy and sustainable work-life balance rarely found in care management roles
