Care Assistant - Days or Nights - 36 Hours per Week

Day Shift Pattern:
8:00am - 8:00pm
36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Normally worked on a three-week rolling rota, with every other weekend off (business needs permitting).

Night Shift Pattern:
8:00pm - 8:00am
36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Normally worked on a two-week rolling rota, with every other weekend off (business needs permitting).

What you'll be doing

As a Care Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, valued and supported every day. You'll:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care with dignity, kindness and respect
• Support residents with personal care where required
• Assist with meals, hydration and nutrition
• Encourage residents to remain as independent as possible
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Support residents with activities and social interaction
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care
• Help create a warm, welcoming and happy home environment
