About the role:
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and creative team. In your role as Customer Engagement Coordinator you will Co-ordinate and support actvities to ensure effective customer involvement whilst helping to arrange customer participation groups and events, such as conferences, meetings and focus groups ensuring the inclusion of all customer groups and, where required, supporting facilitation.
You will manage and administrate formal meetings along with managing and coordinating the Legacy and Small Grants Fund including all administration, payments and communications relating to the project including liaising with solicitors to facilitate receipt of payments received.
To be a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of working with and building relationships with, internal and external customers and customer groups. Along with experience of collating customer feedback and ensuring it is acted on.
