About the role
At Anchor, we believe our residents should have a meaningful voice in shaping the services they receive. Listening to their experiences and acting on their feedback is central to how we improve.

We're looking for an experienced Resident Involvement Lead to join our Involvement and Wellbeing team.

You'll help deliver our resident voice approach, creating opportunities for residents to share their views, influence decisions and shape service improvements. Working closely with residents and colleagues, you'll coordinate inclusive engagement activities, support co-production and help ensure resident feedback leads to meaningful change.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and deliver resident engagement activities in line with our resident voice strategy and regulatory expectations.
  • Plan and facilitate accessible and inclusive resident meetings, events and consultations.
  • Support resident involvement structures, ensuring diverse and underrepresented voices are heard.
  • Work with residents and colleagues to co-produce improvements and involve residents in shaping services.
  • Gather, analyse and present resident feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and demonstrating impact.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, colleagues and partners, sharing good practice and supporting effective engagement.

What you'll bring

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A relevant degree, equivalent qualification or substantial practical experience.

Experience of supporting service improvements, using digital engagement tools or holding a relevant professional qualification would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

Closing date: 8 November 2026
Interviews: First-stage interviews will take place on 17 November via Teams.
