Help shape the future of People & Culture.
People & Culture at Anchor is evolving. As our organisation grows and changes, so do the expectations placed on our people systems, data, reporting and digital capability. Regulatory requirements are increasing, workforce planning is becoming more complex and the decisions we make about our future technology landscape will shape how we support colleagues and managers for years to come.
That's why we're creating a new People Systems & Data Manager role.
This isn't simply about maintaining systems or producing reports. It's about helping us build the foundations for the future, ensuring our systems, data and processes enable great colleague experiences, smarter decision-making and efficient service delivery.
Why We've Created This Role
Like many organisations, much of our current focus is understandably on delivering day-to-day services and responding to operational priorities.
This role creates dedicated capacity to look ahead.
You'll help us answer some important questions:
- How do we create greater confidence in our people data?
- What should our future HR technology landscape look like?
- How can we simplify and improve colleague and manager experiences?
- Where can automation remove manual effort and improve efficiency?
- How do we ensure our systems support future organisational growth rather than simply maintaining the status quo?
Working across People & Culture, Technology, Data and Change teams, you'll help shape the decisions that influence how we operate in the future.
The Opportunity
You'll be the lead for People systems and data, helping ensure our technology, reporting and processes support Anchor's long-term ambitions. You'll play a key role in:
- Developing and maintaining the People technology roadmap.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
- Leading People input into technology and transformation programmes.
- Improving data quality, governance and reporting capability.
- Supporting workforce planning and strategic decision-making through insight and analytics.
- Translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Working with colleagues across Technology, Data, Change and People teams to deliver meaningful improvements.
- Supporting future systems investments and transformation activity.
About You
You're likely someone who enjoys solving problems and making things work better.
You might currently work in HR Systems, HRIS, People Analytics, Digital Transformation, Workforce Technology, Change Management or Business Analysis. Whatever your background, you're comfortable sitting between business needs and technology solutions.
You'll bring:
- Experience leading or supporting People systems, technology or data initiatives.
- A track record of delivering systems improvements, implementations or transformation projects.
- The ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and a curiosity for what data can tell us.
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience influencing change and challenging existing ways of working.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for finding smarter, simpler ways of doing things.
Most importantly, you'll be able to see the bigger picture. You'll understand that systems and data are not the goal in themselves; they're tools that help create better experiences, better decisions and better outcomes for colleagues and leaders across the organisation.
Why Join Anchor?
This is a role with genuine visibility, influence and impact.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, shape future technology decisions, contribute to major transformation programmes and help define how People & Culture operates in the years ahead.
If you're excited by the opportunity to combine people, technology, data and transformation to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
