About the role
You will be responsible for the delivery of programmes/projects within time, cost and quality parameters in a controlled environment as part of the Projects Team. You will be accountable for the delivery of programmes/projects in line with the Projects Team methodology.
You will support project stakeholders with timely information, issue resolution and professional advice, whilst facilitating active dialogue with stakeholders to ensure project activities and direction reflect the needs of business. You will ensure that appropriate measurement criteria are in place to determine if stated benefits are delivered and costs are contained.
You will ensure project team roles and responsibilities are properly defined, assigned and enacted and report on progress, risks, issues, costs and benefits as required by the programme office and other governance functions
You role will provide consultancy and support to associated Anchor Hanover projects as required and support the Head of Projects / Lead Project Manager in identifying and addressing general project management issues.
You will have knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis process and techniques alongside programme/project management/business analysis.
You will be confident in stakeholder management and have strong commercial business focus and ability to gain swift understanding of business issues. You will have high attention to detail, alongside a big picture perspective.
You will be IT competent in main MS packages and have experience of wide ranging programmes and projects, a Prince 2 qualification and relevant degree is desirable.
