We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the Anchor Hanover team at our New Build development, Pemberley Place, Bath.
The development itself consists of 72 apartments across a number of linked buildings, surrounding a beautifully landscaped central courtyard. All of the properties have their own private outside space in the form of a patio or terrace. Pemberley Place will include a number of shared facilities which we hope will inspire intergenerational activities from across the new community at Lansdown and surrounding villages. Pemberley Place forms part of the wider Ensleigh regeneration that is seeing the former MoD site transformed into new homes and associated services.
About the role:
Your primary role will be driving the sales forward, arranging appointments from our current database and nurturing all sales leads. You will be expected to build relationships with purchasers to convert into reservations, then taking the purchasers through the sales journey to moving into the development. We have an extensive support team, sales progressor, marketing and digital team.
You will have proven success in private property sales, new build and start-up operations (within the retirement sector is advantageous), you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and have an awareness of the range of Anchor Hanover services with the understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
You will be self-motivated and target driven with the ability to negotiate and influence, have the ability to respond confidently to questions and understand requirements to deal with customers, contractors and colleagues. You must be able to adapt our communication style appropriately and have strong interpersonal skills as well as being computer and technology literate
To help you to excel in the role, you will be provided with a comprehensive induction plan and ongoing development opportunities. This role is initially a fixed term contract, this will be extended until the development is sold out.
