About the role
You will drive the development of Anchor Hanover’s approach to the use of digital technology across the Housing Operations directorate to improve service delivery and achieve efficiencies.
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a plan for the use of technology in service delivery by Housing Operations and maintain effective relations with a range of teams to build consensus on priorities and delivery.
You will make recommendations to drive progress to senior managers and governance bodies and ensure agreed priorities are pursued and delivered. Alongside this, you will ensure the voice of the customer has strong influence to drive excellent customer service and experience. You will develop and deliver our approach to assistive technology and coordinate a plan around our thinking about what technology should be provided in our Housing going forward to support customer wellbeing.
You will have a strong communication (oral, written and presentation) skills, with an approachable style, that inspires confidence. You will be able to manage complex situations with sensitivity and objectivity and be able to develop strong working relationships and partnerships internally and externally.
You will need to demonstrable skills in working proactively and forward planning and have a good knowledge of the use of technology in housing for older people.
You will have experience of achieving effective customer engagement through a variety of mechanisms and experience of delivering change within a customer focussed environment
