About the role
The role is to deliver the market research and insight strategy to support Anchor Hanover’s Communications and Marketing strategy and the delivery of Business Plan objectives.You will be expected to gather and consolidate customer data to help better define the customer and enable more effective marketing and sales across the business.
The role will be creating clear effectiveness reporting, delivering actionable measurement and analysis for each business area.
You must have a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate theory into practice which drives business performance. You will have a strong awareness of the latest marketing trends with the ability to manipulate, interpret and present data reports, with a particular focus on ROI. You will hold a strong understanding of legal obligations with respect to marketing, including GDPR
You must be able to manage your own workload and keep key stakeholders up to date as needed. You will have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects, issues and stakeholders at any one time. You will have the ability to stay abreast of, and anticipate future, market a trend, ensuring the organisation is considering where the next focus should be
Through close working relationships and wider knowledge of the business, you will influence the approach of other linked teams eg: homes occupancy, sales, and operations. You will have professional gravitas to influence stakeholders at a management level. You must have strong skills in negotiation and persuasion with strong commitment to, and understanding of, confidentiality.
