Service Delivery Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing team overseeing a number of Retirement Housing schemes in the West Norfolk area. This role is perfect for anyone who is customer focused with a real passion for delivering an outstanding service
What you’ll be doing
The role will operationally manage three Retirement estates and their surroundings; working closely with staff from other organisations based on the estate with the aim of providing residents with a seamless service.
Key Responsibilities include:
Developing effective working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Managing the estate team spread across 3 schemes
Developing the provision of a weekly service
Ensuring the schemes offer the highest level of service to customers

Key experience and skills required:
Working knowledge of Housing Management
Previous managerial experience, ideally across a multi-site provision
Understanding of care and experience of working with local authorities
Excellent customer service skills with ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
Ability and experience of managing conflicting and multiple priorities
High level of flexibility and ability to travel
