Job title: Service Improvement Adviser (Lifestyle / Wellness / Activities Lead)
Location: Homebased – Leeds / Bradford (West Yorkshire) with regular travel across Anchor Hanover locations
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and results driven Service Improvement Adviser.
- You will have a proven track record in delivering customer focused service improvements, with a strong emphasis on lifestyle and activities, ideally within an elderly care setting.
- You will join a flexible, creative and multi-skilled team providing support to care homes; locally, regionally and nationally.
- Your transferrable skills will enable you to develop and extend your lead area (Lifestyle & Activities) to provide support and influence the effective delivery of catering, environmental improvements, housekeeping and care practice.
- In addition to providing ‘hands on’ guidance and support for homes you will have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to deliver developmental and inspiring workshops which enthuse lasting change.
