About the role
You will be required to deliver effective customer engagement and maximise the benefits of the information we hold and can use to provide evidence to Anchor Hanover on how services should be delivered to achieve excellence. You will be champion customer engagement and the use of business intelligence to drive the delivery of excellent services.
You will challenge, influence and support teams in the Operations Directorate to use the feedback from customers to improve the services they provide and maintain and support effective formal customer engagement structures so they can feed into Anchor Hanover governance structures.
You will drive the effective implementation of customer engagement across the organisation but especially locally with customer facing colleagues and fully involve colleagues & customers in developing our service offer and ensure that any change is managed and communicated effectively to both colleagues and residents
You will need to ensure the voice of the customer has strong influence to drive excellent customer service and experience.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent experience with experience of successfully delivering service improvements which are embedded and sustained. You will have a proven track record of achieving effective customer engagement through a variety of mechanisms and experience of delivering change within a customer focused environment.
You will be able to build relationships with customers and colleagues, fostering a can-do culture that seeks to deliver more by working together. You will be a strong communicator with an approachable style, that inspires confidence.
You will be able to manage complex situations with sensitivity and objectivity and be able to constructively challenge others, including more senior people while maintaining professional relationships.
