About the role
You will provide challenge and support to operational teams to successfully co-ordinate, communicate and drive service change and improvement across Anchor Hanover’s Housing Operations and Property Services.
You will operate on a matrix management approach, reporting to the Service Improvement Manager and being responsible to other senior managers when working on specific service review and change. You will be required to identify and manage the delivery of financial and non-financial benefits when reviewing services.
You will provide subject matter expertise within change management and lead the delivery of service improvement effectively, ensuring minimum impact on service performance and working collaboratively with other teams and directorates as required. You will need to ensure the voice of the customer has strong influence to drive excellent customer service and experience.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent experience with a good knowledge of change management methodologies. You will have strong personal communication skills (verbal and written) and influencing and relationship management skills. You will have experience of delivering service improvement and change within a large or complex organisation and delivering service improvement and change within a customer focussed environment.
You will be a natural problem-solver who is an innovative and creative thinker. You will be a strong communication (oral, written and presentation) skills, with an approachable style, that inspires confidence.
You will understand organisational vision and ability to translate into delivery be able to motivate teams during change. You will be familiar with managing complex situations with sensitivity and objectivity.
