Customer Service Advisor – Anchor Support Hub, Bradford Salary £19,806 rising to £20,806 pro-rata after successful completion of probation and training We are England's largest not for profit provider of housing and care for older people and have a significant and diverse workforce of more than 10,000 people who deliver our services to 40,000 customers at over 1000 locations across England.
We have an exciting opportunity within Anchor's dynamic and forward-thinking Customers Centre. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for handling all contact from new and existing customers, both internal and external, regarding Anchor services. You will contribute to providing an exceptional end to end customer experience at every touch point, working to a principle of ‘right first time’.
As an empowered individual you will provide outstanding customer service and will take ownership to constantly identify recommendations to ensure Anchor remains the market leader. Key activities for the differing departments include, but are not exhaustive of: Rental Housing Advisor (lettings and arrears management) • Property lettings – supporting operational colleagues to maximise occupancy by efficiently and effectively re-letting rental properties within agreed service levels • Arrears management – monitoring customer rent accounts to ensure prompt payments, recovery of outstanding arrears and maximising income. • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure lettings and arrears are effectively managed • Inbound, outbound and written contact with both internal and external customers
Working in a modern city centre location with excellent transport links, you will work 37.5 hours a week during our opening hours which are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and occasional Saturdays 10-4.
