About the role:
You will be experience with iTrent in order to perform as a Systems Analyst who is looking for your next challenge in your career. You will be focusing on a specific corporate application(s) and have a responsibility for ensuring that these applications are aligned with business strategy and that Anchor Hanover is able to extract the intended business value from its investment in the application.
You will provide 2nd and 3rd line application support in accordance with agreed service levels whilst proactively identifies underlying trends in support data and recommending remedial activities to reduce number of support calls.
You will need to evaluate and study the impact assessment of systems upgrades, contributing to the definition of upgrade plans and maintain system documentation and assists maintain training collateral in line with system upgrades.
You will be dynamic and energetic individual with a natural analytic or logical flare with the ability to work autonomously. You will have strong stakeholder management with the ability to effectively communicate, influence and challenge where applicable. You will have knowledge of systems development life cycle and an understanding of principles of project management. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application and have sound knowledge of iTrent application with the ability to provide support to customers and colleagues. You will have experience in a project environment and systems lifecycle, a Prince 2 Qualification would be advantageous.
