About the role
You will coordinate the work of the Service Development section with operational teams to successfully co-ordinate, communicate and drive service change and improvement across Housing Operations and Property Services. You will coordinate the delivery of service improvement effectively, ensuring minimum impact on service performance and working collaboratively with other teams and directorates as required.
You will report on progress on change initiatives across the Operations Directorate and take responsibility for organising meetings, events and communications. You will work with customer engagement colleagues to ensure the voice of the customer has strong influence to drive excellent customer service and experience.
You will have good strong communication (oral, written and presentation) skills, with an approachable style, that inspires confidence. You will have strong administrative skills including making best use of IT for record keeping and communication. You will able to manage relationships with sensitivity and objectivity.
You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have an understanding delivering change within a service orientated organisation. You will have experience of working in a customer focused organisation and some experience of contributing to service improvement and change.
