New Homes Retirement Sales Advisor – Full time
Location – Sarisbury Green, Nr Fareham, Southampton, Hampshire
Salary - £25,709.00 + commission (OTE £39,000)
Contracted hours – 37.5 hours a week – 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday – 9 – 5pm ( working occasional weekend and evening with appointments and events)
Contract type –1 year contract (extended until development sold out)
We have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Retirement Sales Advisor to join the Anchor Hanover Sales team at our Independent Living Development. Meadow Court, located in Sarisbury Green, nr Fareham, Hampshire. You will be working within a focused and target oriented Sales Team.
Day to Day responsibilities will include: -
Dealing with all potential and existing customers in a professional manner to give the best customer experience and introducing Retirement Lifestyle Living.
Achieving sales of properties to suitable customers in line with agreed targets.
Providing expertise in both the specifications and the buying procedure.
Using purchasing incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales to fit the customers’ requirements.
Ensuring that all paperwork and site administration is up to date, and required reports completed.
Knowledge of our on-site care services and housekeeping.
Arrange the monthly events at the development.
Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual targets.
Required knowledge & experience: -
Track record of success in private property sales, new build and start-up operations (within the retirement sector is required but not essential).
Effective sales & marketing techniques and experience of networking.
Able to demonstrate examples of delivering excellent customer service.
An awareness of the range of Anchorhanover services with understanding of confidentiality and data protections
Your application will not be processed unless you have experience in property sales.
Self-motivated, tenacious and target driven with ability to negotiate and influence.
Creative with lead generation and ability to close a sale
Rapport building and relationship management skills
Ability to respond confidently to questions, understand requirements and deal with customers, contractors and colleagues
Ability to adapt communication style, with strong people and interpersonal skills
Computer and technology literate.
